Freight Loads - Shipments that are too big (treadmills, most ellipticals, most multi-gyms, weights orders above 500 lb.,Etc.) for smaller carriers (UPS, Fed-EX, Airborne Express, Etc.) and are handle by motor freight carriers. Freight loads are setup for curbside delivery. All other additional services (lift-gate, special delivery instructions, inside delivery, missed appointments, Etc.) are chargeable services and must be setup by us the shipper in advance or paid COD by the customer. Someone must be available at the time of delivery to assist the driver in the unloading so that the item(s)do not get damaged. Please check in your load. Freight loads must be counted in, visible damage noted on the delivery slip, and signed for by the receiver. Alpha Fitness Equipment shall not be responsible for shipping damages or missing boxes not noted on the freight bill. Items that should be noted are missing boxes, crushed boxes, forklift holes, damaged boxes subject to inspection, etc. |

Damage or Possible Damage If boxes are damaged and contents may be lost or damaged please have the driver make a note of it(box #, crushed, torn, subject to inspection, Etc.)on the freight receipt (you also may open the box to inspect if you would like). Pictures of possibly damaged or damaged loads and merchandise are also helpful, although not required.
