How Do I Get My Tracking Information?
The tracking information is located in the middle
of your processed receipt which is sent to you when your order is being made ready for shipment. All tracking numbers are sent by email through our order system. You also may call us if you become concerned about your order.

My Box Is Damaged In Shipping; What Shall I Do?
Most products do very well in transit and a damaged box usually does not mean that there is interior damage.
Open the box and assemble your new exercise machine and if there are badly damaged unusable parts call us or email
us with your order # and parts numbers from the Product Manuel and we will send out the replacement parts and have
the damages picked up. Slightly scratched parts are not considered unusable.

How Do I Make A Damage Claim Or Parts Request?
Damage claims and parts request must be and are done best by emails. You may

bottom of all pages. Please use pictures of damages whenever possible. Pictures of damages are required for discount
claim assessments.
