I am located in North-East GA. I ordered from Alpha Fitness Equipment. (www.afitnessequipment.com----I think.) I bought a full set of Keys equipment (Half Cage/Accessories/Bench). Overall, the shipment went pretty smoothly. Best of all, the shipping (on ~ 500# of equipment) was free. The equipment ships directly from Keys to a local freight service that then comes to your house and delivers at your drive way. Not a bad deal for free shiping on that much stuff and all of that is included with purchase price. The local freight people were a little slow and missed a delivery appt twice but that can't be blamed on Alpha.

Overall it took ~ 2 1/2 weeks and Alpha states it will take about that amount of time. And honestly, I think that is a pretty resonable amount of time on this type of purchase (and part of that was the weekend that was the local freight co. fault).

But I like Alpha & was totally satisfied with the process on their end. Their prices were great (~ $500 less than Keys priced me for purchasing direct from them) and customer service was great. I would recommend and will buy from them again.

I ordered a powertec sled from alpha-fitness, their customer service was excellent, it was on back order, they emailed me when the order was sent and sent the USPS tracking number. billy_everette
